Role & Responsibilities >>
- Lead architecture decisions, technical strategy, and engineering standards
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives
- Build and maintain scalable platform components, services, and libraries
- Act hands-on across backend and frontend development
- Drive performance, scalability, security, and system observability
- Mentor engineers and elevate technical quality through reviews and guidance
- Produce and review technical documentation and system designs
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and best practices
Requirements & Environment >>
- Proven experience as Staff, Principal, or Lead Full Stack Engineer
- Strong full stack expertise (backend + frontend)
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred) and Infrastructure as Code
- Solid knowledge of REST APIs, TDD, modern frameworks (React or similar), and MVC
- Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, OOP)
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and scalable system design
- Tech stack includes: PHP (Laravel), JavaScript (React, React Native, Vue), AWS (Lambda, ECS, EKS, Aurora, Redshift)
- Customer-centric mindset, high ownership, and focus on clean, reliable code
- English resume required – Fluent
