Role & Responsibilities >>
- Build and own the product from the ground up alongside the founding team
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven recruiting systems end-to-end
- Work hands-on with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic), prompt engineering, and AI agents
- Deliver fullstack solutions from concept to production in <24h
- Drive rapid iterations based on real-time customer feedback
- Operate with extreme ownership across product and technical decisions
- Ship to production daily in a high-performance environment
Requirements >>
- Strong expertise in TypeScript and React
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI workflows, and agent-based systems
- Mandatory experience in startups or high-growth environments
- Proven track record of building products with high ownership (founder or early employee is a strong plus)
- Fullstack capability with speed, autonomy, and execution focus
Conditions & Compensation >>
- On-site in San Francisco (Hacker House model)
- Full immersion workload (approx. 72h/week, Mon–Sat)
- Eligibility for E2 or O-1 visa
- USD 130K – 140K/year + aggressive equity
- Housing and visa/relocation support included
