Role & Resposibilities >>
- Own and build the recruiting function from the ground up alongside leadership
- Design, execute, and optimize end-to-end recruiting processes for US-based roles
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer negotiation and closing
- Act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers, challenging profiles and raising the talent bar
- Operate with a strong hunting mindset, engaging passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques
- Leverage AI tools and platforms to increase efficiency, speed, and quality of hiring
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines with consistent delivery of strong shortlists
- Drive continuous improvement based on market feedback and hiring outcomes
Requirements >>
- 2–7 years of experience in technical or executive recruiting
- Proven experience hiring for the US market or strong familiarity with its dynamics (candidates, compensation, hiring practices)
- Fluent English, with ability to conduct interviews and negotiations with US stakeholders
- Strong sourcing capability (Boolean Search, X-Ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, automation tools)
- Experience in startups, high-growth environments, or international recruiting operations
- High level of autonomy and ability to operate without structured processes or large teams
- Strong ownership mindset, with focus on delivery, speed, and quality
- Comfortable using AI and technology as part of the recruiting workflow
