Lead Software Engineer

Role Purpose >>

• Lead by example in writing high-quality code and providing technical direction.
• Design scalable architecture using technologies like JavaScript, PHP, Terraform, etc.
• Solve complex technical problems and document patterns and solutions.
• Mentor team members and ensure successful task delegation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address tech debt and prioritize improvements.
• Ensure robust automated testing practices are in place.
• Communicate solutions through clear documentation and presentations.

Technical Requirements >>

• Strong full-stack experience with frontend and backend technologies.
• Solid understanding of cloud development, RESTful APIs, TDD, React, and web security (e.g., XSS).
• Fundamental computer science knowledge (e.g., Big O notation, data structures, pointers, composition vs. inheritance).
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of both relational and non-relational databases.
