Senior Full Stack Web Developer

Role Purpose >>

As a Senior Full Stack Web Developer, you’ll build high-quality, scalable, and user-focused web and mobile applications. You’ll work closely with product and design teams, own end-to-end feature development, and help shape our design system in code.

Key Responsabilities >>

• Develop resilient, observable, and responsive software powering our platform for customers, providers, and internal users.
• Translate design into fully functional experiences across mobile and desktop.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose and implement impactful product features.
• Continuously deploy and monitor production-ready software from day one.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence across the team.

Technical Requirements >>

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development using modern frameworks (e.g., React, React Native).
• Solid understanding of HTTP, MVC architecture, web security (e.g., XSS), and TDD.
• Strong knowledge of CSS architecture (pre/post-processors, CSS-in-JS), responsive design, accessibility, and animation.
• Experience working with design systems and collaborating closely with designers.
• Good understanding of computer science principles (e.g., Big O notation, data structures, composition vs inheritance).
• Solid SQL/database skills, including non-relational and modern cloud DBs.

Tech Stack >>

• PHP (Laravel), TypeScript, React, React Native.
• Open to other mainstream OOP languages with strong fundamentals.
